Below is our Crew study guide — original teaching, attributed to Jim Rohn’s framework. Use it after you watch.
1
Disgust — the “I’ve had it” moment
Disgust is the clean break. Not bitterness at other people — a sharp refusal to keep living the same half-year on loop. You look at the pattern (the skipped workouts, the “next week” trips, the wallet you never fund) and you say: enough. That emotional heat is fuel. Without it, comfort wins every quiet Tuesday.
Picture yourself tonight naming one behavior you’re done repeating. Write it once. That line is your starting line.
2
Decision — end the inner civil war
Most of us don’t lack information. We lack a decision. Decision is choosing a side so progress can finally start. Stop arguing with yourself about whether you’ll hold PREM, book the week, or show up for the Crew. Pick. Commit. Let the debate die.
“If it’s easy do it easy, if it’s hard do it hard, just get it done.”
— Jim Rohn
3
Desire — fire from the inside
Desire is not a wishlist. It’s heat. Often it sparks from outside — a book, a song, a conversation, a suite photo that makes you feel the balcony coffee — then it has to live inside you. Let life touch you. The wall that blocks disappointment also blocks happiness; numb is safe and empty.
“The same wall that keeps out disappointment keeps out happiness.”
— Jim Rohn
Ask: what future week am I actually hungry for? A Florida pool week with the kids? A quiet Hawaii kitchen? Desire names the picture so effort has somewhere to go.

Resolve — “I will”
Resolve is the mountain-climber pledge: you’ll be seen waving from the top, or found on the side — you are not casually walking back down because it got inconvenient. Resolve says I will. Not “I’ll try.” Not “if the chart cooperates.” I will.
“Resolve says ‘I will’.”
— Jim Rohn
For the Crew, resolve looks like: join free today, study the calendar this week, and — when you’re ready — hold 100k PREM so member rates unlock. One clear “I will” beats a hundred soft maybes.
Study guide
Try this week
Four prompts. Ten minutes. Do them once with honesty.
- Disgust: What one habit or delay are you done defending? Write the sentence: “I’m finished with ___.”
- Decision: Choose one concrete next step (join Telegram, open a stay calendar, set a PREM target). Decide it out loud.
- Desire: Describe a specific week you want — place, people, morning ritual. Keep the wall down; let the picture feel good.
- Resolve: Fill in: “I will ___ by ___.” Put a date. Share it with someone in the Crew if that locks it in.
