1

Desire points; clinging binds

Desire can aim you at a worthy week. Clinging turns the same desire into suffering when dates shift. Aim cleanly. Hold lightly.

2

Impermanence is honesty

Suites empty. Charts print. Kids grow. Build anyway — and refuse to stake your peace on one outcome.

“All conditioned things are impermanent — when one sees this with wisdom, one turns away from suffering.” — Traditional Buddhist teaching (paraphrase)

Try this week

Short prompts. Honest answers. Move once.

  1. Want: What do you want this season?
  2. Cling: Where are you gripping too hard?
  3. Release: One outcome you will accept either way.
